Theatre Prop Hire
From pantomimes and musicals, to Shakespeare and tragedies - we stock a wide range of props that are suitable for a wide range of shows. There are larger props for rental which are priced individually and smaller set dressing items which are available for hire in packages that suit your shows size.

Bespoke Theatre Props Made To Order
Need a specific stage prop for an upcoming show? Our team of professional designers can create bespoke props which are made to your requirements. We build all of our custom theatre props in our workshop located in Hertfordshire and can deliver them to you in time for your production.
Stage Set Hire
Hire stage flats, modular staging, and large set items to bring your show to life. We have specialised sets for particular productions as well as generic stage flats and other staging builds ready to rent as soon as you need them.
Our talented carpenters can build stage sets to order in the Not Just Props workshop. So if you need something tailored for your show, or need particular builds for certain theatre requirements, then we are here to help.
