Again, commissioned for "Chitty ", Grandpa's Hut has a hidden 1" box section welded skeleton, to enable "flying". With six anchor "flying points" welded into the roof section on the four corners and two main load bearing anchors on the apex make for an incredible stable and safe flying platform. Detailing and practicality with this build included the ornate roof ridge being removable for transport whilst retaining ease of access to the central anchor points, a rear door for cheated access and exit and even a very "Grandpa" front door handle, utilising a hammer as the latch. Also in the brief was the need to have the whole unit on wheels, all whilst keeping the weight to a minimum with durability in mind.
